International Law Courses

Overview

The International Law curriculum places great emphasis on the acquisition of sound knowledge in the fundamentals of International Law.

We offer a variety of courses in many aspects of international law, including: United Nations law, state responsibility, international settlement of disputes, jurisdiction and immunity, territory and sovereignty, international human rights, international humanitarian law, international criminal law, international environmental law, international economic law, WTO law, private international law, international contracts, history and philosophy of international law, and many others.

Full list of international law courses 2009-2010 offered by the International Law Unit, with links to the course web pages for current courses. But, as not all courses are taught each academic year, the courses taught in 2006-2007, 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 are also provided as background.
