In view of the renovation works taking place at Villa Barton this fall no tickets will be issued this year to graduates and their guests in order to attend the graduation ceremony.  However, graduates are kindly requested to limit their guests to two to ensure a fair distribution of available seats in the tent.

The communications department will make its best efforts to accommodate all of our graduates' guests. However, our task will be greatly facilitated if graduates not planning to attend the Graduation Ceremony inform us using the registration form.

 

Attendance

Students who are entitled to receive their diploma will receive a message from the Student Office informing them how to register to attend the 2011 Graduation Ceremony.

The registration form  will be available online from 23 August and will be removed from the Graduation Website on Friday 9 September 2011.

Future graduates can only fill out the registration form once.

Those attending the Graduation Ceremony who will travel from abroad or outside of the region are responsible for obtaining any required visas and for making any accommodation and travel arrangements.
