This course introduces the latest thinking and tools that constitute various economic perspectives on violent conflicts and peacemaking. Organized in partnership with the Graduate Institute' Centre on Conflict, Development and Peacebuilding (CCDP) and the United States Institute of Peace (USIP), the one-week programme welcomes professionals from academia, the military, international organizations, NGOs, and the private sector. Financial Oversight of International Organizations Finance and Oversight Issues form part of the core of effective governance, yet are regarded by many members of governing bodies as unfamiliar, difficult and dry. Preparing for the BTWC meetings This course is part of a workshop series, which aims at providing members of the diplomatic missions in Geneva with a good working knowledge of the legal, scientific and technical issues of the Biological and Toxic Weapons Convention regime.
