How do I renew my residency or work permit?
1) Check the information indicated on the UE2 forms and sign;
2) Go to the Bureau de Placement of Geneva University, rue de Candolle 4, ground floor (opening hours : MON to FRI from 10h00 to 13h00 / 14h00 to 16h00), together with enclosed M (request for non-EU/EFTA nationals) or form EU (request for EU/EFTA nationals) and your student card.
3) Send the whole file (i.e. both UE2 forms, the certificate remitted by the bureau de placement of the University, 1 identity picture (passport size), a copy of your passport or identity card) by regular mail to :

Two stamped authorisations and an invoice in the amount of CHF 65.00 (costs at your own charge) will be returned to you by the OCP. Please provide the Human Resources Dept. with one of the authorisations together with a copy of your new residency permit.
Do I need to sign up to participate in the Careers forum?
No. Entrance is open to current and former students and is free of charge. However, please go to the welcome desk where a badge will be provided to you.
What do I need to do to receive the Institute’s internship and job offers?
The internship and job offers, sent by Career Services every Wednesday, are available on our password protected web pages and are reserved exclusively for our current students, recent graduates and alumni. If you are part of one of these groups but do not receive the offers, do not hesitate to contact us at career@graduateinstitute.ch
Does Career Services offer CV preparation assistance?
Yes. Career Services organises a one-day CV modification and preparation workshop for each study programme. In the meantime, you can schedule an appointment at any time during the year with Dorina Dervishi (dorina.dervishi@graduateinstitute.ch) who will carefully review your CV with you.
