The Programmes

The Institute offers a large choice of post-graduate level study programmes (Masters and PhDs), both disciplinary and multidisciplinary. Teaching is conducted by professors recruited from throughout the world who impart to the students the methodological tools and necessary knowledge to undertake rigorous analysis of important contemporary issues.

Teaching activities are supported by a network of partners in Switzerland and throughout the world, and particularly through joint programmes organised with the University of Geneva and Georgetown University Law Center in Washington.

The Institute offers also degree-granting, short and tailor-made programmes for professionals.

Summer programmes complement longer courses by providing participants with the opportunity for in-depth study of questions pertaining to major international affairs, and the chance to directly interact with actors from International Geneva.
