Catherine Hoeffler is an Associate Professor at Sciences Po Bordeaux/Centre Emile Durkheim. Her research interests lie in political economy of security, comparative public policy, and European integration, with a focus on governance of defence and raw materials sectors. She has co-authored two textbooks on public policy and has published among others in the Journal of European Public Policy, the Journal of Legislative Studies, Gouvernement et Action Publique and Politique européenne. She has taught different courses on public policy, European integration/policy-making, International Political Economy and Gender studies in International Relations in France and Canada.
