Soledad Leal Campos
Soledad is a Mexican-born, Geneva-based senior international trade, investment and development specialist with three decades of experience on trade and regulatory policies. This experience includes fifteen years as multilateral trade and investment negotiator for the Mexican Government with postings to the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris and the World Trade Organisation (WTO) in Geneva, where she was Deputy Head of the Mexican Mission. Her experience also includes a leading role on Sustainable Trade at the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) in the Geneva Office and consultancy work for the OECD and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
