Enhance your practical understanding of critical contemporary issues

In the face of the persistence and mutation of multilayered discrimination, efforts for antiracism and diversity have gained newfound momentum round the world. The issue is however complex and challenging. How then is inclusion engineered? What are the drivers of racism? How can they be remedied through work-environment and policy-informing knowledge and processes? This innovative and timely course addresses these issues tackling the question of racism in its temporal and international geographic fullness in a forward-looking practical perspective.
