Biography

Dr. Rahul Mehrotra holds a PhD in Development Economics from the Graduate Institute, Geneva. As a post-doctoral research fellow, he is the coordinator and lead researcher for an international research project funded by the Swiss Programme for Research on Global Issues for Development (r4d.ch). Dr. Mehrotra is also a Lecturer in International Affairs focusing on Trade and International Finance.
