Join Professor Julie Billaud to explore anthropological and sociological perspectives on war and humanitarianism. 

Drawing on a people-centered approach, the discussion will examine how communities experience, navigate, and respond to conflict, displacement, aid, and militarization. The webinar will also highlight how anthropology contributes to the broader study of war and humanitarianism by focusing on lived experiences, everyday realities, and the human impact of global crises.

This session will also feature an admissions overview and live Q&A for prospective students interested in the MA and PhD programmes in Anthropology and Sociology.
