Join us for an interactive session in our Programme Insights series—where you’ll meet faculty and alumni, and discover what it’s like to study International History and Politics at the Geneva Graduate Institute.

During this session, we will be joined by two alumni, Alexia Bautista and Samar Hasan. They will share their insights on their time at the institute and how the programme has prepared them well for their current roles. 

Alexia Bautista is an experienced professional specializing in public affairs, diplomacy and political analysis, with a track record of over 12 years in the public sector and geopolitical risk consultancy firms. Throughout her career, she has acquired extensive policy analysis and implementation expertise, having served as a government official and a career diplomat in various sectors and regions, including the US, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Samar Hasan is a serial entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience as a Business and Executive Coach, Innovation Specialist, and Strategic Comms & Partnerships Expert. Samar has navigated diverse industries, including entrepreneurship, education, entertainment tech, climatetech, financial inclusion, governance, management consulting.
