The Albert Hirschman Centre on Democracy would like to welcome all doctoral students with an interest in discussions on the challenges facing democracies around the world today. We host many activities that we invite you to actively participate in. We hold regular doctoral seminars at which you could present your own work and discuss it with an interdisciplinary group of doctoral students and faculty drawn from different departments at the Institute.

Please join our annual informal "Meet and Greet" on Wednesday 7 October 2020 from 18:00-19:30.

The "Meet and Greet" is an opportunity to learn more about the Centre's upcoming events and activities, introduce your research interests and current work, and meet some of the Centre's faculty and staff. We particularly welcome IHEID’s doctoral students working on issues related to democracy. The meeting will be held at the Maison de la Paix and can be also attended remotely.
