Europe and Brexit

José Manuel Barroso and Gordon Brown
, -

Auditorium Ivan Pictet, Maison de la paix, Geneva

With José Manuel Barroso, former President of the European Commission and Prime Minister of Portugal, and Gordon Brown, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and United Nations Special Envoy for Global Education.

Much has been written about the potential impacts Brexit will have on Europe. However, many questions remain as to what will happen after 31 January 2020. In addition, how will the outcome of the 12 December UK general election influence Brexit? Will there be a renegotiation? A new referendum? A no-deal Brexit?
