Richard E. Baldwin
Richard E. Baldwin has been Professor of International Economics at the Graduate Institute, Geneva since 1991. He is also President of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) and Editor-in-Chief of VoxEU, which he founded in June 2007. He is a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, where he has been researching globalization and trade for the past 30 years. He was twice elected as a Member of the Council of the European Economic Association.
His most recent work, entitled The Great Convergence: Information Technology and the New Globalization, was published in November 2016.
