Introduction: Marie-Laure Salles, Director, Geneva Graduate Institute
Moderation: Fuad Zarbiyev, Professor of International Law
At a time when the prohibition of the use of force and other fundamental legal rules are being breached by certain powers, it is important to remember that such violations do not bring about a modification of the rules of international law nor do they lead to the collapse of the international legal order. This lunch briefing will explore the resilience of the international legal order and the need to stand up for its defense.
