This event will present findings from a historical mapping of global climate change and health (CC&H) governance over the past 25 years, tracing how key developments have shaped today’s governance landscape. A synthesis of the literature will be explored through four key themes, drawing out actionable recommendations for strengthening global CC&H governance. The discussion will focus on the need to overcome fragmentation between climate and health policy spaces to build cohesive, collaborative governance frameworks capable of addressing this urgent, interconnected challenge.
