Curious about studying International History and Politics? This is your chance to meet the people behind the programme.

Join us for an an open session for prospective students, where you'll meet faculty, ask questions, and discover what it's like to study International History and Politics at the Geneva Graduate Institute.

Professor Jussi Hanhimaki and Professor Nicole Bourbonnais alongside the Head of Department, Cyrus Schayegh will be sharing exciting news! Starting in Fall 2026, the Department of International History and Politics is launching a suite of courses, accompanied by a hands-on practicum with leading partner institutions working in the field like DCAF and Women Deliver. We will be joined by Gabriela Manea, one of the DCAF specialists who will run a practicum with a 5-student group in the upcoming programme launch.

Whether you're weighing your options or already set on applying, this session will give you a real sense of the programme's direction and the community you'd be joining.

We look forward to welcoming you!
