Ana Maria Angarita (MIA, 2012), is the co-founder of Capacity Zurich, a non-profit association for persons with refugee and migrant background who would like to launch a business or a socio-cultural initiative in Switzerland.

First incubator of its kind in Zurich, Capacity offers specialized and bilingual programmes in a space of collaborative skill-sharing. Before this project, Ana Maria has had over 10 years of experience in building cross-sector partnerships and capacity-building initiatives in education, children's rights, employment, health, and migration at Stride, The Union for International Cancer Control, the International Organization of Employers, and the Organization of American States.

 

 

Charlotte Ducrot (MIA, 2008) is an expert at Masschallenge and a mentor at Startup HSG St Gallen.

Until recently, she was the director of strategic partnerships and community at the Joint European Disruptive Initiative (JEDI). After graduating in 2008, Charlotte worked for the World Economic Forum and Endeavor before joining Swisscontact to set up the Swiss Entrepreneurship Program in Peru.

 

 

Alessandra Rojas (MDEV, 2019) is the Head of Tech4Impact at EPFL.

Tech4Impact at EPFL is an initiative hosted at the Vice-Presidency for Innovation that aims to accelerate innovative and entrepreneurial technological solutions with the potential to achieve sustainable impact. Prior to her work at EPFL, Alessandra worked for the International Trade Centre in Geneva, the German social venture capital BonVenture and as a consultant for social businesses in both Europe and Latin America.
