The IHEID Law of the Sea and Ocean Governance Seminar presents Autumn Semester 2025

Presentations will illuminate contemporary issues in ocean management and reflect the diverse perspectives that the program encourages. Participants will not only engage with significant academic literature but also benefit from the vibrant discourse fostered by their peers, enhancing their understanding of this essential field. Twelve students, including visiting post-docs, PhD candidates, and students in the MA and LLM programs in international law and interdisciplinary studies, will share insights on various topics related to the law of the sea, fostering a dynamic exchange of ideas and critical discussions.
