The Geneva Graduate Institute is pleased to invite you to the launch event of the Geneva Policy Outlook (GPO) 2026 — a forum to discuss how Geneva’s role as a global hub can be adapted and strengthened in a rapidly changing world, in partnership with the Republic and State of Geneva and the City of Geneva.
In a world where global cooperation is being reshaped by deepening crises and heightened constraints, the GPO 2026 contends that the future of Geneva depends on its ability to adapt, innovate, and build renewed partnerships to secure its relevance and contribute to shaping a new world order.
This edition brings together a wide range of perspectives on how international cooperation is evolving, from navigating the complexity of multilateral diplomacy in health, climate, and digital domains, to reimagining sustainability, harnessing cooperative approaches to AI governance, keeping critical global issues on the international agenda, and developing partnerships across sectors to tackle shared challenges.
