CCDP and Toda Peace Institute
The CCDP and the Toda Peace Institute convene their third joint meeting this week at the Graduate Institute for a two day conference on Nuclear Futures: (Non)Proliferation, Dangerous Doctrines, and Arms Control Perspectives. The conference brings together leading experts and scholars to examine the deteriorating state of global nuclear governance, shifting doctrines, and the future of arms control and disarmament.
Building on previous CCDP–Toda collaborations—“Taking Stock — Moving Forward” (January 2025) and “Democracy in the 21st Century: Fragility and Resilience” (June 2025)—this session explores emerging risks and opportunities for renewed dialogue on nuclear security, proliferation, and pathways toward a more stable international order.
