Private Sector Career Expo 2025 is a new addition this year to the annual slate of career events organised by the Geneva Graduate Institute's Career Services.
This one-day career fair focuses on private sector employers and is hosted in partnership with companies and corporations from around Geneva.
The event is exclusive to students and alumni of the Geneva Graduate Institute and the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights.
This page will be updated in October with the full list of participating companies and when they will be presenting in the day. Registration will open approximately three weeks before the event.
How to participate:
All private sector entities are eligible to participate, from local businesses to multinational corporations. Contact the Career Services team at career@graduateinstitute.ch to reserve your company's participation. Act soon! Spaces are limited.
About our students:
The approximately one thousand Master and PhD students of the Geneva Graduate Institute represent over 100 nationalities: approximately 10% are Swiss, 30% are from Europe, and 60% are from elsewhere around the world.
They undertake degrees in International Relations and Political Science, International Economics, International History and Politics, International Law, and Anthropology and Sociology. Additionally, our interdisciplinary Master's program in International and Development Studies has specialisations in Conflict, Peace and Security; Environment and Sustainability, Gender; Race and Diversity; Human Rights and Humanitarianism; Mobilities, Migrations and Boundaries; Sustainable Trade and Finance; and Global Health.
Event format:
This is the 1st annual edition of the Private Sector Career Expo, but it's not our first career fair! We also host an annual NGO career fair every autumn semester, and an annual International Organisations career fair every spring semester. See below key figures and photos from recent past events.
