🌱 Revital - Documentary Screening & Discussion
For centuries, nature has been consumed beyond its capacity to renew itself through plantations, mines, and fossil-fueled growth. Filmed across Amazonian landscapes shaped by both industry and regeneration, the documentary Revital follows those who tend to seeds and soil, memory and life-generating projects. Rather than chronicling loss, it asks what makes life possible in the first place — and how nature might return or begin anew. This documentary was developed as part of the ERC-funded research project SYNTHLIVES : The Future of Mining led by Professor Filipe Calvão.
🎬 Revital’s first cut will be screened for the first time in Switzerland during this event. The film will be shown in Brazilian Portuguese with English subtitles, and is produced by Lamparina Filmes.
