Francesca Bosco is the Senior advisor and Head of foresight at the CyberPeace Institute. She aims at fostering knowledge on how emerging and disruptive technologies are affecting societies in terms of threats and risks, with a focus on vulnerable communities, and how to increase resilience to create and maintain cyberpeace.

The purpose of the TechSec coffee chat series is to bring in experts, practitioners, researchers and other great thinkers to offer IHEID students networking opportunities and insights about the forefront of digital technologies and policymaking.
