The TradeLab International Economic Law and Development Clinic is a 12 ECTS advanced course offered by the Institute in collaboration with the TradeLab network. It provides a unique opportunity to thoroughly analyse international trade and investment law, as well as broader issues of international economic law and jurisprudence through a combination of practice and theory. Students work in small groups under the supervision of professors and invited experts on real-world legal questions from clients such as IOs, governments, SMEs, and NGOs.
If you’re considering applying for the clinic and would like to learn more about the selection process and next year’s projects, join us for this info session! We will begin with brief presentations by TradeLab’s professors and former students, followed by Q&A.
For any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the clinic’s TA at giacomo.bruno@graduateinstitute.ch.
