CCDP Now a Member Institution of OSCE Network

The CCDP joins the OSCE Network of Think Tanks and Academic Institutions.

The CCDP is pleased to announce that it has recently joined the OSCE Network of Think Tanks and Academic Institutions. This network, which was created in June 2013, is an autonomous initiative of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe. The Network’s members are research institutions from across the OSCE area engaged in academic and policy research related to security issues, including for example conflict resolution, human trafficking, arms control, security sector reform, border management and cybersecurity.

The CCDP joins five other Swiss institutions already contributing to the OSCE network: The Center for Security Studies (CSS) at ETH Zurich, The Centre for Socio-Eco-Nomic Development in Geneva (CSEND), Foraus, The Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP), and Swisspeace. The CCDP, as a member institution, will provide academic expertise, stimulate discussions, address common challenges, and support OSCE dialogue formats, all with the aim of contributing to a comprehensive security framework in the OSCE area.
