Dr. Kairat Kelimbetov, Governor of the Central Bank of Kazakhstan, opened the Executive Lecture Series on Energy, sponsored by the Executive Master in Oil and Gas Leadership.  Reuters reported on his lecture, which addressed several issues connected to the challenges and opportunities with natural resource-led development, showing insights from the case of Kazakhstan.  The Executive Lecture Series continues with Daniel Gerber, CEO of Petro-Logistics and Ged Davis, who serves as Executive Chair--Scenarios, at the World Energy Council.
