Graduate Institute Student at the E3+3-Iran Nuclear Negotiations

fs.jpg Farzan Sabet, an Iranian/Canadian PhD candidate in International History at the Institute and Editing Manager of IranPolitik.com, spent an intense and interesting few days engulfed in the E3+3-Iran nuclear negotiations from 20 to 24 November.

He followed the conference from the Geneva International Conference Centre as well as the Inter-continental Hotel where the media converged to cover the event.

The experience was especially enriching for Farzan, who is preparing his thesis on the history of nuclear negotiations in Iran.

“This experience was not only deeply informative in terms of my research, but as an aspiring historian shed considerable light on the worlds of media and diplomacy for me”, said Farzan.

Farzan also spent the week providing expertise for several media outlets and writing about his experience for the Institute and for his website IranPolitik.com.
