Our students following the LL.M. in International Law Clinic Programme have seen their work recognised and published in three recent publications. As part of the International Law Clinic, our students conduct legal research orn real questions posed by organisations based in Geneva. They deliver their research through memoranda and public presentations to the relevant organisation. The three recently published reports are:
Our clinic partners include both international organisations such as UNEP and the OHCHR, and NGOs, such as CCPR, ICJ and ILGA. This exercise is highly beneficial for students as they can develop their legal research, writing and client-facing skills. But it has also proved to be a valuable experience for our clinical partners, who can tap into the Graduate Institute’s talent pool for expertise and even recruitment.
