Announcing a new partnership between Sea-Watch and the Global Migration Centre for the Migrant's Rights Law Clinic
The GMC Migrants' Rights Law Clinic is very pleased to announce a new initiative with the NGO Sea-Watch. The objective of this partnership is to assess and document the legal duties and correlative responsibilities of States under International Law with regard to the EU-Libya cooperation and the practice of push back of migrants in the Central Mediterranean Sea. This initiative is open to all students of the Graduate Institute. Any interested student should send his or her application at the following address: globalmigration@graduateinstitute.ch Applications should be sent by Monday 24 May (with a short cover letter, CV and grade transcripts).
