Jan Bohanes is Senior Counsel at the Advisory Centre on WTO Law, an inter-governmental organisation that advises its developing country Members and least-developed countries (LDCs) on all issues relating to WTO law, including litigation before WTO panels and the Appellate Body.  He previously worked as Legal Officer at the Appellate Body Secretariat of the WTO and as associate attorney in the Geneva office of the law firm Sidley Austin LLP.
