Profile
Lucas holds an LL.M. (summa cum laude) from the Graduate Institute, a B.C.L./J.D. from McGill University (Dean’s Honour List), and a B.A. from Sciences Po. He has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2020. His professional experience includes serving as a Judicial Fellow to H.E. Judge Ronny Abraham at the International Court of Justice, assisting Ambassador Mario Oyarzàbal at the International Law Commission, and practising as a dispute resolution lawyer at a leading Canadian law firm. Lucas’ doctoral research is supported in part by funding from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada.
