Maëlys Glück is a dynamic, flexible and driven young professional with a Master's degree in International History and Politics from the Graduate Institute in Geneva. Prior to that, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Political Science from Haverford College (US).

Her focus areas are peacebuilding, conflict resolution, human rights and sustainability, with a particular focus on violence prevention. She is the Outreach Coordinator for the Centre on Conflict, Development and Peacebuilding (CCDP), works as a researcher for the Ammunition Management Advisory Team (AMAT) at the Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining (GICHD), and also serves as the Administration and Event Manager for the Geneva Peacebuilding Platform (GPP)
