During the exam period, access to study spaces is primarily reserved for members of the Geneva Graduate Institute and the academic community.
In the event of overcrowding, and in accordance with safety regulations set by the fire authorities, access may be temporarily limited to members of the Geneva Graduate Institute only.

Ascension Day

The Library will be closed on Thursday, May 29. Access remains possible for the Geneva Graduate Institute community from 9 am to 7 pm.

Exams Session (5 may-15 June): Extended opening hours

Monday-Friday: 8am-11pm
Saturday: 9am-11pm (Graduate Institute community only)
Sunday: 9am-7pm (Graduate Institute community only)

During the week, workplaces are reserved for members of the Geneva Graduate Institute community and the university community.

On Saturdays and Sundays, the Library is accessible only to the Geneva Graduate Institute community.
