The study situates AGUASAN Community of Practice (CoP) within broader global WASH developments over forty years (1984-2024), linking historical documentation, practitioner reflections, and thematic analysis. By combining these perspectives, it provides a unique view of how knowledge is co-created, shared, and adapted over time.
