Dario De Quarti is a PhD Candidate in Economics at the Geneva Graduate Institute. His research is in development economics, with a particular focus on questions related to humanitarian aid, conflict, trade, informality, and taxation.

His ongoing doctoral work is supported by several grants and fellowships, including from IGC, STEG (CEPR), ReCIPE (CEPR) and UNU-WIDER.
