Joseph Roche is a journalist and political analyst specializing in international affairs and geopolitics, with a particular focus on Ukraine and the Middle East.

He currently reports from Ukraine for La Croix (n°2), The Dispatch, La Presse, and La Tribune de Genève, and regularly contribute to a range of international outlets, including Le Figaro, Le Soir, La Stampa, La Repubblica, Le Temps, Marianne, The Atlantic Council, Geneva Solutions, Heidi News, New Eastern Europe, WhoWhatWhy, and Inkstick Media.

Their work primarily focuses on Russia’s war against Ukraine. They have also reported on the fall of Bashar al-Assad in Syria and on the aftermath of October 7 in Israel and Palestine.

Joseph has taught multiple workshops on disinformation and misinformation for the DE.CO.DE project at the Albert Hirschman Centre on Democracy
