Speaker

Anne Saab, Geneva Graduate Institute. Anne joined the Graduate Institute as an Assistant Professor in International Law in 2015 and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2021. She obtained a PhD in International Law from the London School of Economics in 2015, an LL.M. from King’s College London in 2009, and an LLB from Leiden University in 2008. Her first monograph titled

Narratives of Hunger in International Law was published by Cambridge University Press in 2019. Anne is currently working on a project on ‘Emotions and International Law’ (with SNF funding 2023-2027) and her second book with the same title as the project is forthcoming with Oxford University Press. This presentation is part of the broader emotions project.
