As part of the Bern Chapter’s 18th Annual Reception, we have the pleasure of inviting you to a panel discussion on The Strategic Horizon Scan: Security, Migration and the UN in Times of Radical Uncertainty, followed by a Q & A and a cocktail.

A brief presentation on the latest developments of the Institute will also be made by Mrs Marie-Laure Salles, Director of the Institute.

Here are the panelists:

Keith Krause - Director, Centre on Conflict, Development and Peacebuilding, Professor International Relations/Political Science

Lucile Maertens - Co-Director, Global Governance Centre, Associate Professor, International Relations/Political Science

The conference will be moderated by Achim Wennmann - Director of Strategic Partnerships, Lecturer

Global crises chase one after the other and the instruments for our responses are challenged. The result is an era of radical uncertainty that we need to learn how to embrace and deal with. It requires new thinking and new approaches to foster the necessary understanding and engagement to achieve a more peaceful, equitable and sustainable world.

Please register before 1st December.

We look forward to seeing you there.
