Professor Mayer is the author of numerous publications in the area of international arbitration and private international law. He acts as arbitrator and counsel in commercial and investment arbitrations under all major rules. Among other positions, he is an associate member of the Institut de droit international, a former President of the Comité français de droit international privé, and a member of the Comité français d'arbitrage.
