Join us for two days of dialogue, ideas, and cultural engagement as we reflect on how Latin America is shaping new cooperation frameworks while navigating global power dynamics and structural constraints.

Opening Ceremony – March 11 | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
The Congress will open with an award-winning documentary screening of Flores del otro patio, followed by the keynote address by Pamela Coke-Hamilton, Executive Director of the International Trade Centre (ITC).The evening will conclude with some Latin American drinks.

We are honored to welcome such a distinguished UN Secretariat official, whose leadership in global trade and development represents an important milestone for our community. Participants are invited to submit questions for the keynote session via the registration link below.

Panel Discussions – March 12 | 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Day two will feature four thematic panels on global partnerships, trade, climate, and governance, bringing together policymakers, journalists, environmental defenders, diplomats, and scholars. The day will conclude with a cultural event and a latin cocktail.
