At the 10th year anniversary of the Belt-and -Road Initiative, China is extending its hospitality to students all over the world by providing various study opportunities. Moreover, as a major power of the world, China has become an indispensable actor in the global governance today such as peace building and economic development. An experience with China (study and a potential internship/work in China)will be a valuable asset for future career development especially under today’s geopolitical dynamics.

Huaying Bao who is a researcher and administrator in higher education with abundant experience in academic public diplomacy. She was a visiting fellow on US-China relations at Geroge Washington University, USA.

Join us with Huaying Bao, with a presentation on China’s higher education system and channels of study in China, especially various scholarships provided by Chinese governments and universities. This will be followed by an open discussion with Huaying concerning contemporary China.
