Daryna Abbakumova is a SNSF Research Fellow at Centre on Conflict, Development and Peacebuilding and a Visiting Professor at the Department of International Law at the Graduate Institute. She is currently leading the project “Cyber Operations, International Humanitarian Law, and Issues of Neutrality”, which is funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF). Prior to her SNSF Fellowship, Daryna was Associate Professor of International Law at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Kharkiv, Ukraine).
