The GGC is back at it

Check out the Global Governance Centre's lineup of events for this fall.

With summer nearly over and the autumnal equinox soon upon us, the Global Governance Centre is now getting back in gear, with many opportunities to collectively contemplate, confer, and connect in the weeks and months ahead.

Firstly, we invite you to check out the fall programme for Global Governance Talks series and mark your calendars! A slightly refashioned iteration of our previous colloquium series, the Global Governance Talks series operates as a transdisciplinary space open to scholars and practitioners for critical, policy-relevant reflection on global governance practices and their transformations.

In the coming weeks, we have two upcoming events:

  • On Wednesday 21 September, join us for a light lunch and talk by GGC Visiting Fellow Nadine Benedix who will present her ongoing PhD research, which brings together international practice theory and postcolonial theory to problematize the agency of the working children’s movement.
    Register here.

For those of you who would like to learn more about the Centre in terms of who we are and what we do or simply catch up, we invite you to come say hello at the upcoming Research Day, organized by and at The Fab on Wednesday 21 September.
