Farzad Fallah is a PhD Candidate and Teaching Assistant at the Geneva Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID), in Geneva, Switzerland. For his PhD dissertation, Farzad is writing an intellectual history account of Muslim jurists’ imperial writings in the early and golden periods of Islamic Law.
