Samar Hasan is an entrepreneur, transformational coach, trainer, speaker, and venture builder with over 20 years of international experience in institution building and human capital. She has worked for organisations such as the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, Small Arms Survey, the International Organization for Migration, as well as for the Aga Khan foundation. She also played a central role in establishing a liberal arts and sciences university, a vocational institution, and a technology and entrepreneurship institute in Pakistan.

In 2017, Samar Hasan co-founded Epiphany in Pakistan , an innovation consulting and entrepreneur support organisation that provides advisory services, strategic mentorship, and helps impact businesses to secure access to funding.  Epiphany expanded to the United Arab Emirates in 2024. To date, Epiphany has supported 150+ startups, trained 1200+ founders, executed 35+ programmes, and curated 225+ programmes and events. For her outstanding achievements, she was recognised with the Young Alumna award in 2017.

As a certified coach, Samar Hasan runs her personal coaching brand where she helps founders, senior executives, and women professionals to lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
