In collaboration with the SDG Lab and the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD), the Global Governance Centre is co-hosting the 2nd Geneva SDG Community Coffee this Thursday, the 28th of April 2022.

The Geneva SDG Community Coffee is a monthly meetup for you to connect, exchange, and expand your knowledge of ongoing SDG related work in Geneva and beyond. Taking place every last Thursday of the month, from 8:30 am – 9:30 am, we encourage you to make a stop on your way to work for a chance to meet new partners or reconnect with friends in the community (see calendar here). This will also be an opportunity to shape future Geneva SDG community activities, all while enjoying a cup of coffee with us.

For this session, we will focus on "Partnering to address SDG data challenges". With guest speakers from the community, we will discuss how to overcome the data gaps with a focus on data partnerships and citizen-generated data.

Guest speakers:

  • Elena Proden, UNITAR/Crowd4SDG.
  • Moira Faul, NORRAG Network for International Policies on Education and Development, IHEID

We look forward to welcoming you to our next meet-up. To make sure we have enough coffee and croissants, please sign up below by the 25th of April COB.
