In this session of the International Macro History Online Seminar, join us for a presentation by Marc Flandreau, Howard Marks Professor of Economic History at University of Pennsylvania.

Professor Flandreau will present his paper How Vulture Investors Draft Constitutions: North and Weingast 30 years Later (PDF, 439 KB).
