The Foundation Board expresses its warmest thanks to her for the work she has accomplished since her arrival and looks forward to the continued collaboration for the future development of the Institute. The Board wishes Marie-Laure Salles and the Direction every success in the challenges and projects ahead.

Marie-Laure Salles will continue the implementation and consolidation of her strategic plan around several strong axes: a continued improvement to teaching and research by strengthening scientific excellence, transdisciplinarity and transthematicity, as well as critical thinking, in order to prepare students and professionals for the many challenges of a world in transition; increase the Institute's capacity for innovation and agility in all its missions, in order to face the radical uncertainty of a world in poly-crisis; and, in a complex economic and geopolitical context, ensure the stability and financial resilience of the Institute so that it can look to the future with confidence.
