This project was a collaboration between the Centre on Conflict, Development and Peacebuilding (CCDP) and The Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA). For this mandate, the CCDP provided both substantive and logistical support to the FDFA in preparing for and hosting the 3rd Strategic Dialogue on the UN Secretary General’s Peacebuilding Fund (which took place in Glion, Switzerland from the 31st of August - 2nd of September).

The objective of the 3rd Strategic Dialogue on the UN Secretary-General’s Peacebuilding Fund (PBF) was to jointly discuss collective prevention as well as peacebuilding strategies and collaboration in light of its 2020-2024 Strategy. The meeting also served to take stock of the second year of the strategy, of possible adjustments resulting from the impact of COVID-19 and other challenges, and of the capitalisation of the Fund.
